Our territory is Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Franklin and Gulf Counties in Florida.

SUMMARY:

To provide leadership and support to all aspects of the warehouse operation and to the team members by overseeing all daily functions in accordance with running a profitable business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage two Supervisors (Morning and Mid-Shift) and their teams to ensure the proper order fulfillment and operational services are met by developing internal partnerships throughout the organization.

· Oversee the operations of inbound receiving, order fulfillment, cycle counting, while monitoring the duties of the router, team leads, and all warehouse personnel to ensure performance expectations are met.

· Provide supervision to ensure achievement of business goals in hiring/staffing, expenses, payroll, inventory control, safety, and associate morale are a must.

· Manage inventory rotation of all sellable products inbound/outbound, while maintaining high inventory accuracy in the warehouse and is an active participant in these functions.

· Manage breakage daily and develop processes to measure and track performance.

· Manage and maintain a safe and clean work area for the team members.

· Maintaining all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programs.

· Manage the yard and the fleet upkeep to include maintenance records on all assets.

· Ensure all driver check-in procedures are followed with accurate recording keeping.

· Count inventory 2X week to investigate, research, and resolve differences with root cause analysis.

· Quality inspections recordkeeper for inbound/outbound shipments to include claim submission and recovery.

· Present weekly statistics on a ZOOM meeting with ongoing communication with the Operations Manager.

· Monitor Encompass and performance metrics to drive accountability at all levels.

· Fluctuating work schedule, serving as a backup for the router and other leader absences, when needed.

· Key carrying role that requires day, evening, and weekend availability.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred or a minimum of 3-4 years related to warehouse operations, leadership, budgets, inventory control, building, and fleet maintenance.

· Must have or willing to earn a Class A CDL License.

· High-level of proficiency with MS Office for conducting data analysis and statistical reporting.

· Detailed and solution oriented, critical thinking, problem-solver with a high warehouse acumen is a must.

· Team player with exceptional interpersonal, informational, managerial, and organizational skillsets.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
