Warehouse Operations Analyst

Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Analyst implements helpful changes to improve Wego’s operational efficiency and productivity. S/he works closely with colleagues to understand the needs of the organization and develops strategies for continuous improvement and growth. The Warehouse Operations Analyst introduces changes, implements best practices, identifies and makes beneficial adjustments to improve business effectiveness.

Responsibilities

· Monthly reconciliation of inventory locations – perform regular inventory and cycle counts.

· Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring partners align with NACD (National Association of Chemical Distributors) standards.

· Establish practices and protocols to achieve efficient warehouse operations.

· Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.

· Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee engagement.

· Remain current with the latest federal and state safety regulations.

· Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

· Warehouse billing reconciliation for European partners.

· Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.

· Exceptional time management and organization skills.

· In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for warehouse operations.

· Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices, and logistics.

· Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
