CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting new opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor in Euless, TX. This is a 2nd shift role, training on 1st.
The regular hours are Monday- Friday 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm. This is a direct hire opportunity offering OT and a competitive hourly wage. Some weekend availability will be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure orders are being picked, packed & shipped in an efficient time-frame based on priority & Ramp SLA’s.
- Manage the warehouse employees to ensure orders are being fulfilled correctly including employee daily goals & check ins.
- Allocate labor to the roles necessary to plan & predict daily output.
- Work closely with upper management to improve warehouse processes to improve efficiencies.
- Work with upper management on employee, temp & equipment needs.
- Ensure warehouse employees follow safety regulations & comply with Ramp policies & procedures.
- Oversee and submit warehouse employee Time & Attendance & address tardy/absences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision/leadership experience
- Proficient computer and phone skills
- Continuous improvement experience
