Responsibilities:

• Maintains warehousing, coordinating, shredding, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards production warehouse operations and contents, by performing daily closing procedures.
• Monitors box inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system, and scheduling shreds.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting forklift equipment and issuing work orders for repair.
• Assists with overseeing small team of workers and machines, printers, and computers associated with scanning operations.
• Completes warehouse requirements by returning documents to dealership, driving to nearby dealerships, and correcting scanning errors.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching and disciplining employees. Also, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Performs other administrative duties as required.
• Reports all gathered information above directly to office manager.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license, with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a forklift if needed.
• Excellent supervision skills..
• Excellent communication and verbal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent ability to identify business process improvements and report existing deficiencies.
• Possess excellent leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop and maintain effective relations with staff members.
