Overview

The Picker/Stocker associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently stock in-bound product and pick parts for customer orders in preparation for shipping.

Essential Functions

• Pick parts for customer orders, maintaining the established processes for good practices
• Stock in-bound product into warehouse inventory
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations
• Maintain orderly housekeeping of assigned area
• Other tasks as assigned and/or needed

Non-essential Functions

• Cover for other positions as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1 year experience in Warehouse/Manufacturing environment
• Above average mathematic, organizational, and time management skills

Physical Demands

• Must be able to move up to 80 pounds, average being 15 pounds, employees are encouraged to use good judgment with heavy or bulky packages, seek help when lifting objects exceeding 35 pounds
• Must be able to reach a maximum height of 6 feet
• Must be able to handle a 2lb handheld device
• Must be able to move about inside the warehouse while carrying product
• Must be able to communicate verbally and written
• Must be able to read from a screen
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
