We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Job Title: Waste Water Treatment Operator

SIGN-ON BONUS $2500 !

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $ 28.00 depending on experience

Location: Thomaston

Shift: 2nd shift - 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Years of Experience Preferred – 1 yr

Job Description:

Effectively be able to perform start-up and shut-down operations of treatment system.

Proficiently calibrate monitoring equipment.

Deliver empty hoppers to departments.

Obtain Certification to use a Fork Truck.

Distribute properly labeled barrels for hazardous wastes produced in various departments.

Clean and maintain filter presses.

Empty degreaser stills to environmental standards.

Maintain accurate department records.

Properly backwash sand filters as needed.

Dept Safety Trained

High motivation output

Maintain outstanding Attendance/Safety record

Speed & Proficiency with task.

Maintain chemical feed tanks to prescribed limits;

Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
