HELP WANTED
TOWN OF WINDSOR, VIRGINIA
Waterworks Operator Trainee (Full-Time) Year-round, part-time position of 40 hours
per week. Performs semi-skilled work assisting in the operation, maintenance and
repair of the Town’s waterworks system. Also, performs basic manual work related to
buildings, grounds, and equipment maintenance and repair, and other work as apparent
or assigned. Work is performed under direct to moderate supervision of the
Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Foreman. Acquisition of Class 5 Waterworks
Operators License within two (2) years of hire required. High School graduate or GED
required. Must be dependable for regular work attendance. Plumbing experience or
experience in a water utility a plus. Pay rate $15.24 to $22.87 per hour DOQ.
