Job Description

  • Set up and configuration Enterprise Level IIS Web Forms
  • Management of Individual Application configuration, patching coordination for IIS and the supported application as well as supporting high-availability and load management.
  • Support Web Traffic management and load testing of new applications.
  • Support IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks
  • Automate setup of environments using scripting languages including but not limited to PowerShell

  • Support base level of IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks
  • Oversee the SharePoint Server infrastructure, user access and application deployment – taking the lead role in implementing SharePoint across the organization. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of all web portal servers, equipment, and software related to SharePoint infrastructure in SharePoint 2013/2016.
  • Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint based initiatives (Upgraded Versions, Third-Party Solutions, Integration with additional Enterprise Systems) in SharePoint 2013/2016.
  • Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections. Perform typical system administrative activities such as site creation, user training, backup, restore and issue resolution for in SharePoint 201/2016 environment.
  • Coordinate with divisions in standardizing and optimizing the way data/information is stored and retrieved.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint server 2013/2016 both on-prem and in the cloud, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis; as well as perform as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME). Provide technical guidance to the team in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environment (understanding relationship with active directory, SQL, IIS,etc).
  • Requirements/Skills
  • At least 5+ years of proven work experience in relevant field
  • Experience working in multi-tiered server environments. This position will provide technical guidance and support in the areas of server and applications architecture, systems integration, and Internet/Intranet deployment for various .NET applications, as well as work in other aspects to support many other applications. Extensive systems administration experience on the Windows Server platform.
  • Experience with UrbanCode Deploy, Jenkins or similar deployment automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as PowerShell, Perfmon, ProcMon, NetMon
  • Experience in web infrastructure design and operations including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, STP, load balancing, clustering, firewall rules, failover, monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning, etc.
  • Experience architecting Microsoft Internet/Intranet solutions.
  • Possess high aptitude for problem solving and trouble-shooting.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, while a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Experience hosting, deploying and managing websites in Azure or any other cloud platform
  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
  • Experience with Container or VM based hosting is a plus.REQUIRED:
  • Application performance monitoring experience & API Monitoring
  • Experience Monitoring ticketing system and ensure trouble ticket are updated with appropriate status (They are using ServiceNow)
  • Build MS Excel reports by working with technical & business teams for customers
  • Able to write basic SQL queries to troubleshoot issues or tickets
  • Experience providing guidance to customer on how to resolve issues / Provide Support to customers on understanding the requirements
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment (Healthcare experience preferred, but not required)
  • Experience developing large scale software solutions preferably using Java
  • Working experience in cloud environment, preferably AWS.

Job Description: Provides technical, business, and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with project schedules.   • Must have at least 2 years of working in a Lead Support capacity as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced health insurance environment.
  • Must have experience working in the SQL environment, MySQL, SQL Server, Elasticsearch.
  • Must have proven and successful experience developing large scale software solutions preferably using open source technologies like Java, Python and etc.
  • Must have 2 years of working experience in cloud environment, preferably AWS.
  • Must have good communication skills, both in written and in verbal form.
  • Desired to have knowledge of configuration management tools.
  • Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions providing world-class customer service.
  • Diagnoses and resolves system functionality issues including performing queries for data/information using tools.
  • Walks customers through service functionality leveraging technical, business documents
  • Provides solutions and resolution to customer trouble tickets.
  • Interfaces with customers over the phone/ServiceNow providing status updates and ensuring service is working as per technical document.
  • Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.
