Web Content Specialist Job at EO of HHS PayRoll/Gen Admin
Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):
- Use the Drupal content management software to upload files to and update and maintain the MassHealth Web site
- Assist with determining scope of individual projects and ways to communicate effectively to target population through web best practices by working with editors, graphic designers, project leaders, and other agency personnel
- Be a department resource for project status updates and other communication between Publications team and stakeholders
- Create web pages for MassHealth and other EOHHS programs
- Become familiar with such as Formstack and ListServ to assist in communication and data collection initiatives
- Serve as an accessibility resource in the Publications Unit to help ensure that all publications posted to the MassHealth website are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant
- Identify and implement improvements to existing web processes and tools
- Become proficient in Drupal functionality keep abreast of functionality enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year experience in a professional environment
- Exposure to web best practices
- Familiarity with principles of accessibility
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro
