We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Web Content Analyst to support our client at the Department of Homeland Security.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) is managed by the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and staff, which consists of a Chief, Deputy Chief, and four (4) primary Directors, who are responsible for each of the following main portfolios: Executive Operations (EO), Enterprise Security Operations and Support (ESOS), Threat Management Operations (TMO), and DHS HQ Support (HQS).
OCSO/ESOSs National Security Services Division (NSSD) has a mission to provide the Department with the capability of a strategic direction for DHS's Information, Personnel, Industrial, and Physical security programs, while conducting operational activities for accreditation of secure classified storage facilities and contract security specifications. NSSD manages three principal area of focus: Industrial Security Program (ISP), Information Security, Personnel Security Program Management Branch (IPSP), and Physical Security & Technical Oversight (PSTO). The OCSO, Compliance, Standards and Training Division (CS&TD), Security Compliance and Governance Program is the primary means through which OCSO executes oversight of enterprise security programs, activities, and functions to ensure they comply with DHS and national-level security policies. The program is responsible for ensuring DHSs security programs are efficient and effective, and that adequate practices are in place for the protection of DHSs personnel, property, information, and resources.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, disseminates, and instructs computer-based training.
  • Develops and revises training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
  • Develops courses and instructional material to educate technical and non-technical personnel in ICAM related subject matter.
  • Prepares instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids, etc.).
  • Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms, etc.).
  • Employs exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Provides support for developing and providing Agency Web-site content.
