BostonFam| d.b.a Furniture & Appliance Mart and Ashley Homestore is currently seeking a Part-Time IT Web Maintenance Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated, multi-tasking, dependable team member, with great interpersonal skills; one who communicates very well and is goal orientated. The Web Maintenance Specialist will maintain web content and advise on web design to ensure that the assigned website is functional, accurate and up to date.

What you will be doing each day:

• Ensuring online pricing accuracy/exhaustiveness
• Ensuring promotional pricing is accurately reflected online
• Ensuring advertised or promoted products are priced accurately (including PMAP appliance items)
• Ensuring all products on the site are priced
• Merchandising our web sites
• Ensuring product on website is current and accurately reflects our store offerings
• Product on our floor is created and active online
• In-stock/on-display tags are correct
• Tagging advertised/clearance/weekly special products online
• Works with Furniture Dealer (web provider) to ensure the website is customer friendly
• Identifies useful site performance metrics, collects, and tracks, records, complies, analyzes, and reports site usage data
• Communicates site usage, changes needed, and updates to manager and product team

We are looking for individuals with:

· Thorough understanding of website design and administration

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good verbal and written communication

· Attention to details and accuracy

· Fluency with markup and programing languages is helpful, but not required (HTML, XML, Java, CSS)

Education/Experience

· Associates degree in Computer Science or related field

· Experience with web administration
