Web Support Specialist
We are looking for a Web Support Specialist that can assist our customers with integrating our market leading software with their websites. Interacting with customers daily, through email and phone, this position will monitor a help ticket queue and provide first-level support to ensure a highly satisfactory and timely response. Your knowledge in website design, SSL, SSO, SEO as well as API integrations and ADA requirements will enable you to be a successful individual contributor.
A typical day for this position involves responding to around 15 tickets a day, primarily through email, to support customers and updating their websites. You will have a team of co-workers to share and learn knowledge from as well as continue to advance your own knowledge in web support. Customer satisfaction is a high priority, and you should have some experience in dealing with external customers.
