Job Description:

Gladewater Ranch, a 145-acre site that is one of the best wedding venues in the region, is seeking a Wedding Venue Sales Manager to join our team. Our beautiful property features a rodeo arena, waterfront access to two creeks and Lake Gladewater, and well-manicured grounds with greenhouses waiting for your vision. Located in the heart of historic downtown Gladewater, known as the antiquing capital of East Texas, with tons of restaurants within walking distance, our venue is the perfect location for your next wedding.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule a high number of weddings per month
• Sell weddings to potential clients and provide tours
• Manage the groundskeeper to ensure attention to detail on site
• Network with The Knot and Zola to boost our presence
• Post on mom's groups and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Collaborate with the website promotion and development team
• Design and implement revenue programs such as in-house catering and wedding packages
• Manage weddings at sister properties and RV parks with a flat fee option for budget-conscious clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the wedding industry as a venue sales manager
• Willingness to drive to Gladewater, TX frequently
