Pay: $42 per hour for the LPN and RN Weekend Warrior Program!
- Work every Saturday & Sunday, with the 6th weekend off on rotation
We have all shifts open!
- Qualified LPNs and RNs can be hired over the phone in a short 15-minute phone interview!

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
- Provide direction to clinical team members
- Maintain resident confidentiality
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
To join this team please have the following requirements:
- COVID Vaccination
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Rhode Island
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once
- Be available to work weekends only with the weekend warrior program
