RSVLTS is hiring a Wholesale Sales Assistant. Are you as cool, calm, and collected as Bob Ross? A master-mind planner like Kevin McCallister? As passionate about logistics as Leslie Knope? If so, keep reading.

In this position you'll work with our Director of Wholesale to help our fast growing apparel brand streamline operations for our Wholesale department to help get a kick-ass product into the hands of our rabid fanbase even faster. We are looking for a motivated individual who is a self-starter and can solve problems on the go. Someone ready to learn our brand/product top to bottom.

This is an in-house position, you must be able to work out of RSVLTS HQ at least three days per week (but it's a fun office, we have snacks and a couch and sometimes we watch movies while we work).

So, what would your day look like?

• First line to wholesale customers inquiries
• Backend customer support
• New customer onboarding
• Providing customers with line sheets/pricing/product information
• Order entry/reconciliation
• Manage Dropship Accounts
• Wholesale site management
• Inventory checks, product imports, launch setup
• Prospecting new customers
• Maintain contact lists

What you bring to the table

• Experience. Sounds obvious, but we need someone who has prior experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, EDI.
• You're a perfectionist. Get in there with the nitty gritty. Typos lead to mis-ships and mis-ships are the enemy.
• You'll be working with top retailers so strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills are required.
• Autonomy. We hate hovering, we want someone who can handle their business.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative environment. We're constantly shouting ideas at each other and testing things on the fly. This office is a lot of fun, and speed always wins.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in relevant sales experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, EDI is required
• Experience with Shiphero & Shopify are a plus
• Strong interpersonal & verbal communication skills
