Quality Screening Window and Door is a family owned and operated business specializing in the installation of impact windows, glass doors, lanai glass enclosures and entry doors. Our work is focused at the residential and condominium level, and we take pride in our finished product. We are seeking you if you are an experienced, hardworking, and dependable individual, who takes pride in their work, and raises their level to meet an occasionally challenging installation.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Installation of replacement windows and doors in residential homes and condominiums
- As needed, modify and adjust openings to provide a proper installation
- Maintain safe and clean work space
- Ability to problem solve issues
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to properly interact and communicate with the homeowner, contractor and other employees
Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift impact resistant doors, windows and glass
- Must have the ability to successfully install the product as specified and required
- Must be able to read and understand engineered drawings and NOA’s
- Must be able to communicate with customers and employees in a professional, courteous and concise manner
- Must be reliable and on time
Compensation:
- Competitive starting pay with potential for advancement. Eligible for paid holidays, vacation time, medical insurance and IRA after 90 days. Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
- $350.00 bonus after 90 days of employment

- Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm
- Full-time position. Monday-Friday with opportunities to work weekends and overtime

Experience:
- Windows/ Door Installation: 4+ years with condominium experience a bonus
Work Location:
- Job Sites in Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key and Siesta Key
