Prior window cleaning experience is ESSENTIAL and the ability to learn and take initiative is a must. This job is seasonal, working from April 1 to December 1 every year. Additional work during winter months may be possible depending on cleaning experience.

The Window Cleaner provides window cleaning services for commercial and residential customers. Travel is required 100% of the time with use of company vehicle. Below are characteristics attributed to this role:

• Self motivated and able to work alone to complete work
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
• Possess knowledge of equipment, methods, chemicals, and building material related to the window cleaning industry
• Work may be at height requiring ladders or mechanical lifts. When possible extended poles may be used requiring significant upper body strength
• Assure jobs are completed to established quality and efficiency standards
• Ability to communicate between customers and supervisor/office.
• Responsible for adherence to policies and procedures, including safety guidance
• Oversee daily equipment operation and routine maintenance of tools
• Attend regular phone and video calls with supervisor
• Skilled in using a variety of different tools, equipment, and techniques Equipment may include small hand tools, such as: squeegees, razors, spray bottles, and ladders to larger items, such as work trucks and lifts
• Understanding the rules and regulations specific to the cleaning and maintenance industry is imperative to keeping staff and worksites safe. Rules and regulations may pertain to OSHA or other specific details required by contractors during onsite work or in certain jurisdictions
• Must be able to pass various background checks

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
