Winter Snow Plowing, Sidewalk Shoveling Job at Total Property Management Group Llc

We are hiring honest and hard working employees for multiple winter on-call positions and shifts. This job is perfect for anyone looking to make some additional income during the winter season. Winter positions available are Loader operators, Skid Steer operators, Truck Plowing, and Sidewalk Snow Removal in Plainwell, Allegan, Kalamazoo, Portage, & Battle Creek areas.
Truck Plowing, Skid Steer and Loader snow removal range of pay is $15-$27 depending on experience. Sidewalk snow removal range of pay is $15-$17 per hour with an “End of Season” bonus of $4/hour for all hours worked throughout the season.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Onboarding and training, work closely with team lead to understand the site and removal of snow; troubleshooting when needed, represent the company's best interest and maintain the highest lever of integrity and professionalism, maintain a clean and safe job site; while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow, maintain and care for provided equipment, tools and vehicles, work as part of the team and take direction.
REQUIREMENTS - Reliable transportation to either the site or the shop.
Highly motivated, self-driven, flexible and detailed oriented. Great time management skills and strong work ethic, punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude.
Experience is required for Loader operator, skid steer operator, and plow truck operator positions.
