Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist maintains a close professional relationship with the Operations and IT departments. Telework from anywhere in the state of California*

  • All applicants are required to reside in California.

Specific duties may include but are not limited to:


  • Assist with creation of new client accounts in firm practice management software.


  • Maintain firm's contact database including client protocols, vendors, and guidelines, as well and current and prior contacts; Communication with clients for clarifications as directed.


  • Execute workflows as directed to batch update data for clients and internal teams.


  • Organize and file contracts, agreements, etc.


  • Communicate with vendors as directed.


  • Investigate discrepancies in data or special handling requirements as directed.


  • Review and route communications received by the firm requiring investigation.


  • Other duties, as needed.


Requisite Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills- experience with logical and/or statements beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work well with or without supervision
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role
  • At least one year (and preferably two years or more) relevant experience with a legal practice management software or maintaining a contact database preferred
