The individual must have a professional and friendly demeanor and good work ethic. The individual must be on time and stay until the building is secure. This individual must pay close attention to detail, have the ability to communicate effectively as well as have excellent customer service skills.

• Greet visitors, assisting them and directing them to the correct destination
• Knowledge of CanesQ to assist students as needed
• Keep accurate log of issues and report as needed
• Maintain printers – keeping stocked with paper; changing printer ink cartridges when necessary; reporting all technical problems to proper staff
• Keep work stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Keep reception area, computer labs and study room clean and dust free
• Regularly check building for proper usage
• Monitor student arrival and departure
• Remind students to exit the building before closing time

• Hired individual must be move around the building to assure it is secure
