Job description:
We are looking for a working Team Lead in the Rochester area. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have knowledge of, and familiarity with, the janitorial industry. Daily responsibilities and duties are as follows but are not limited to;
- Oversight of cleaners (including hiring, training, and evaluating) on a daily basis
- Monitoring supplies and equipment on hand
- Perform cleaning tasks along with other cleaners
- Ensure staffing and budget requirements are met
- Maintaining timely and ongoing communication with customers
- Responsible for doing edits on payroll on a daily basis
