Anchorage is currently seeking to fill Youth Specialist positions at our Panama City and Panama City Beach locations.
The successful candidate will provide motivation, leadership, structure, and day-to-day supervision and development to the adolescent youth in the Hidle House Shelter and/or the McElvey Youth Group Home.
- The Youth Specialist supervises resident youth in a 24-hour awake program and works closely with the Residential Counselors, who are responsible for clinical services provided in the shelter.
- Candidates hired must be able to work shifts. We are recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Prefer applicants to have a year’s experience working with adolescents or children.
- Shift Pay Differential for 3rd Shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
