Job Overview: Roof Experts, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced
Commercial Roofing Superintendent to run commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and Lead Teams:
- Oversee foremen and field crews to ensure safe and efficient roof system installations.
- Conduct safety audits, provide training, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
- Perform performance reviews and recommend promotions or raises.
- Ensure Project Success:
- Monitor quality, production, and resource use to meet contract goals.
- Track labor, schedule materials, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct pre-job planning, safety plans, and work efficiencies.
- Customer Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address questions and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering warranties.
- Manage Field-to-Office Communication:
- Submit reports, coordinate job details, and review final paperwork.
- Investigate incidents and ensure documentation is timely and accurate.
- Exemplify Leadership:
- Participate in project reviews, support teamwork, and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
