The Flooring Installer will oversee and coordinate flooring installation projects, with a specific focus on epoxy flooring and floor polishing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to travel to various job sites. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of flooring installation projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of flooring installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Installation: Oversee and participate in the installation of epoxy flooring, including surface preparation, application, and finishing. Ensure that all installations meet or exceed industry standards.
• Floor Polishing: Supervise and perform floor polishing tasks, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to client specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Address any issues or defects promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices on job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in industrial settings. 
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
• Travel: Travel to various job sites as required.
• Equipment and Material Management: Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years experience in supervising and installing all types of epoxy flooring technologies, including walkways, line striping, and concrete polishing for industrial projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of flooring installation techniques, safety practices, and quality control standards.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with flooring installation.
