Job Summary*
The Mobile Dispensary Nurse (LPN or RN) position is responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of doses of methadone to clients, consistent with the clinic procedures, in the ETS Mobile Dispensary. The nature of this position is fast-paced in high-stress situations and conditions.
Job Functions

• Dispense appropriate methadone doses, in accordance with clinic procedures.
• Record all doses dispensed and account for all methadone used during a Dispensary shift.
• Accurately record patient details in the electronic medical records system.
• Attend such meetings as directed by the Dispensary Operations Manager(s) and/or Nurse Supervisor report to the Medical Director as required.
• Monitor charts for dose discrepancies and take corrective action when needed.
• Participate in Team meetings and provide such data as needed by the Team for inclusion of individualized service plan.
• Monitor tuberculosis testing for all patients and assigned units, including making outside referrals when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Qualification Requirements One of the requirements for employees working with clients at Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) is to have an NPI (National Provider Identifier) number. This number is used for administrative and financial transactions. You must have this number when you start working with ETS.

• Must have a current Washington State Nurses License
• Nurse must be an LPN with a medications license at minimum
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience with Substance Use Disorder treatment preferred
• Community-based behavioral health experience preferred

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) is a mission-driven nonprofit organization specializing in substance use treatment and homeless outreach services. ETS has been serving the Puget Sound region going on 50 years. Our work is organized into two areas: Clinic Services and REACH.
Our Clinic Services team provides medication, counseling, and treatment to more than 3,000 people with substance use disorder at three clinics in Seattle, Renton, and Olympia, Washington. REACH provides street-based social services for more than 4,000 people living outside or unstably housed, many of whom have had interactions with the criminal legal system. Many ETS participants have endured trauma and harm from broken and oppressive institutional systems that are often the root cause of their substance use. We strive to uplift the humanity and dignity of each person we serve as we walk alongside them on their journey to better their lives.
