The American Paper & Twine Team is looking for experienced 3rd Shift Order Pullers for our Nashville, TN operation. This position will process customer orders using voice headset to complete picks, fill orders using a cherry picker, stage, and check orders to ensure accuracy and quality of products to our customers. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working as a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

The Order Selector will be responsible for fulfilling the customers orders by successfully picking their orders from pick tickets or use of an RF Scanner, building the pallet in an efficient manner, and ensuring the skid is brought to the correct location to be loaded onto the correct truck.

Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday - 9PM-530AM.

Job Skills and Requirements of 3rd Shift Order Puller:

• Experience in coordinating order fulfillment and delivery functions.
• Experience with voice picking.
• Meeting daily and weekly error ratio goals.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and cherry picker.
• Provide safety tips and recognize each other for working safely.
• Consistently at work on time.
• Flexible enough to walk, twist, bend, stoop, pull, grip and lift merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs, pull 2200 lbs using a pallet jack, and pull or push 200 lbs using a two-wheeler.
• A familiarity with the wholesale distribution environment.
• A clean background investigation and valid driver's license.
• Ensure warehouse safety and housekeeping procedures are followed.
