This role is based in Gatlinburg, TN.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for an ambitious Property Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team as a laser-focused contributor to our customer and client retention. This role is responsible for identifying underperforming properties and implementing the appropriate methods for improvement, with the ultimate goal of maximizing our customer and client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on underperforming properties + unsatisfied clients (owners) to define opportunities for improvement. Comes up with a plan to enhance visibility and increase bookings.
- Special attention to high dollar + multi-owner properties.
- Offers a local presence to get Marketing materials as needed, such as matter ports, GoPros, and content from local events.
- Has autonomy to do social posts + emails.
- Determines and puts eyes on detractor properties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years developing and running email, social, and/or other marketing campaigns using a marketing automated tool.
- Experience in hospitality or real estate marketing is desired.
- Organizational superpowers and unwavering time-management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent creative thinking with the ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
- An Associates Degree (required) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Marketing, Business, Sales, or comparable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
