Account Manager—Your focus will be on Billing and Insurance Verification for our Physical Therapy client clinics. As an Account Manager, you will report directly to and assist the position of Revenue Cycle Manager as well as the Principals of Integra. In addition to billing and insurance verification, you will likewise address any other administrative functions necessary to manage Integra's clients' revenue cycles, including patient scheduling as needed.
Position Description
- Verifies patient insurance prior to evaluation date, posts information into A2C case note and informs clinic as Integra policy dictates.
- Apply for insurance authorizations as needed
- Fixes any claim errors generated by the therapists in A2C
- Resolves all patient inquiries by collecting payment, correcting account information, or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel.
- Collects and enters claim information into A2C, if not already generated by therapist.
- Reviews and analyzes EOB's in ClaimMD weekly that have been categorized as “Rejected/Denied”.
- Responds to provider inquiries in a timely manner by a variety of means, including letter, telephone, or email.
- Contacts patient/clinic for additional information needed to resolve account issues.
- Works closely and maintains a friendly and professional relationship with providers and payers.
- Assists Manager of Revenue Cycle and Integra staff with any billing, Accounts Receivable and/or administrative functions deemed necessary to manage Integra's clients' revenue cycles, as needed and as time permits.
- Assists and works with Front Desk staff at assigned clinic(s)
- Trains Front Desk staff as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical Billing: 1 year (Preferred)
- physical therapy billing: 1 year (Preferred)
