MDS Communications is looking for a full time Client Relationship/Account Manager (AM) in our Mesa, Arizona location (upon completion of a probationary period, our team has the privilege of working from home Mondays and Fridays, if desired). The AM is not a call center position.

Job Description

Our Account Manager’s work side by side with non-profit and conservative political organizations managing telephone fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit fundraising, annual budget development and management, and all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and completion/reporting of client projects.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

• General understanding on Non-Profit Fundraising
• 2+ years Client Relationship Management (This is not a sales position or a call center position)
• Strong organizational, analytic, and written/verbal communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Strong numeric ability
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel on occasion

Starting Salary:
$60,000-$65,000/year DOE
