Data Entry Specialist / QuickBooks Associate

Are you looking for an opportunity to join the accounting team at Sonoma's largest advertising company? Look no further! You could earn up to $1000/week! This job opportunity is a 4 month assignment, for the right candidate this job will be permanent. The schedule is Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm, great for working parents!
Qualified candidates will have previous data entry experience and great attention to detail. If you know QuickBooks, it is a plus, but not required! Job responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain the accounting records for the company using QuickBooks
- Reconcile all accounts as needed and assist the accounting department in running and customizing reports.
- Create and maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and any other information required.
- Create and maintain customer records including contact, delivery and payment information.
