Accounting Specialist Job at GMS Corporation
GMS Corporation is an employee-owned company seeking a highly motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing various billing and cost tracking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution/Product sales billing and cost tracking
- Monitoring of manufacturing job orders
- Equipment/work-order billing and cost tracking
- Maintain equipment database, ensuring records are complete and current
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field, preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience with financial reporting and general ledger accounting
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
