Essential Overall Department Job Functions:

• Entry level clerk position.
• Match and file open purchase orders to vendor invoices
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Meet month end deadline.
• Liaise between corporate and warehouse accounts payable departments.
• Answer vendor inquiries.
• Maintain and process month end reporting reports.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with vendors, coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience, preferred, but not necessary.
• Knowledgeable in Excel applications.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
