Location: Tulsa, OK
Flex Work: Hybrid - Primarily remote work from home with 1-2 days at Tulsa HQ monthly; #LI-Hybrid
Duration: Contract minimum of 3 months with potential for conversion to full-time hire

At a Glance:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for receiving and reviewing incoming invoices, distributing them to the correct department for payment approval, and entering them into the Company's accounting system while ensuring accuracy.

What you will do:
  • Verifying and sorting invoices by comparing to purchase orders or other underlying documentation.
  • Records, codes, and forwards invoices for payment approval.
  • Reviews vendor statements for past due accounts payable; works to resolve any disputes between approvers and vendors; prepares past due invoices for payment.

What we’re looking for:
  • General knowledge of accounts payable policies and procedures
  • Data entry within accounting applications
  • Excellent PC-based software application skills: Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with Oracle preferred but not required
  • Ability to organize and plan multiple activities which require close attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required

This is a contract position providing services to Helmerich & Payne (H&P) through a third-party staffing agency. If you are selected for this role, you will be an employee of the agency and not H&P.
