The Hire Mark is recruiting an Activity Director for a Senior Living in Anaheim.
Our client is a senior living community situated in Anaheim. They strive to provide exceptional quality and comfort to our residents. You will build lasting relationships with residents and work with teams who appreciate your enthusiasm and creativity.
The Activity Director is responsible for all programming, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, promoting, facilitating, and directing the activities for the Community in order to enhance the residents’ independence and quality of life, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an interesting, creative, and rewarding social atmosphere throughout the Community and promote resident participation through regularly scheduled high-quality activities, special events, movie showings, Zumba, the establishment of clubs, games, art and creativity opportunities, and other such activities.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
- Preparing background materials and conducting relevant research for activities within the provided curriculum.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
