Hlavinka Equipment Company is looking for someone to join our team!

Job Description and Expectations:

Candidate must possess proficient knowledge of basic computing systems, while mastering the knowledge of Company equipment software and systems. Candidate must possess excellent customer service and organization skills, self-motivation and must be able to communicate proficiently and effectively, in English, to co-workers, management and customers. Candidate must be responsible, reliable and personable. Candidate must be a proficient typist as well as experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidate is responsible for answering incoming calls and distributing those calls. Responsible for general clerical assistance to the sales department including creating various applications, letters and correspondence. Responsible for helping to maintain whole goods inventory databases and lists, both on the internet and in Excel. Responsible for collecting tax exempt forms and credit applications from customers sending them to the appropriate location in a timely manner. Responsible for working with the Complex Sales Manager and Marketing Director in developing advertising budgets and accomplishing advertising goals by booking advertising with various advertising companies. Responsible for some light website design and graphic design. Responsible for filing and sorting of various mail and paperwork. Responsible for managing and storing product literature. Responsible for assisting with field days, company parties, training sessions and all other planned company outings or events. Responsible for providing general clerical support to the other locations in conjunction with the administrative assistants at those other locations. Candidate is responsible for performing all other duties instructed my management.

Compensation : Compensation for this position will be discussed with the selected party. Negotiable to current skillset and experience.
