We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager / Administrative Assistant to join our Boston, MA office. Role Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Sasaki PMO (Project Management Office). The successful candidate will be self-motivated, methodical, enthusiastic to work across a variety of office departments, and able to manage their time while being flexible to address needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project documentation, templates, and checklists
  • Resolve and escalate project and operational issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate progress and escalations
  • Interpret project needs and work to meet those needs, offer assistance and advice on standard practical issues
  • Identify, develop, and deploy process improvements leading to service-level improvements and/or operational risk reduction
  • Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures, as well as provide input to further development of best practices
  • Conduct post-implementation review as needed
  • Ad-hoc problem solving
  • Interact with a wide range of disciplines
  • Track and ensure completion of agreed upon tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to be firm about deadlines
  • Manage expense reporting and overall administrative duties for assigned teams
  • Prepare and modify documents, including project correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate internal meetings
  • Check in with team leaders at key milestones
  • Maintain current list of external projects and associated schedules
