What you will do?
As the PART TIME Administrative Navigator you will be responsible for providing program support to help entrepreneurs succeed. This position will assist with intake, assessments, case management and data entry. The position requires a base of general business knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task. Specific duties include:
- Support the Program Manager with liaison duties to for funders and program participants
- Complete with intake, assessment, case management, evaluation methods and other required documents with program participants
- Build relationships with community based organizations to create a referral system.
- Manage partner agreements by linking program participants to support services needed to successfully enroll and complete skill building workshops and training plans.
- Coach and serve as an advisor to participants in the Entrepreneur Edge program, connecting entrepreneurs with appropriate community partners/resources.
- Transfer data from paper formats into the database system. Data entry and management of metric tracking in database.
- Plan, organize, and implement community events for participants (graduations, showcases, crowd pitch, etc)
- Develop living documents of program curriculum and standard operating procedures.

To qualify you’ll need an HS Diploma or equivalency, must be at least 18 years old, and ability to drive person and agency vehicles. An Associate’s degree plus 2 years of related work experience is preferred. Additional requirements include:
