Freedom Caregivers is seeking a qualified Site Manager for our Marion, Ohio branch. This person is a key player in the success of the home care agency, working alongside our team of administrative professionals, site coordinators, nurses, and caregivers to effectively grow our client and caregiver census. The ideal candidate must be passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and dedicated to the growth and success of the branch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential referral sources, build and maintain relationships with referral partners by providing support, information and guidance that will lead to an increased number of referrals.
  • Assist with client/caregiver schedules and help coordinate staffing.
  • Oversee the coordination and planning of home care services including handling intake calls and in-home visits to secure new clients.
  • Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new caregivers including scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Promote the Agency within the designated territory to referral partners, potential clients, and applicants.
  • Grow the referral partner footprint within the designated territory.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the agency’s services, regulatory requirements, enrollment/admission procedures, policies, and payor sources.
  • Stay abreast of laws and regulations impacting referral partners’ use of non-medical home care services.
  • Monitor the site’s financial well-being and adjust marketing, recruiting, and operational plans accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with designated employees and provide professional development and structured leadership of the branch operations.
  • Develop community relationships to ensure a strong applicant pool.
  • Develop and maintain a strong culture that keeps caregivers engaged with positivity and support.
  • Assist Freedom Caregivers in being the employer of choice in the industry consistently work towards a dream team.

Qualified applicants must:

  • Have prior experience or education in Business Development and/or Marketing
  • Have experience with hiring/recruiting, supervision of staff, and basic office management
  • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Be highly organized and possess a strong attention to detail
  • Be able to thrive in a novel working environment
  • Possess the ability to work autonomously
  • Be goal oriented to success of self and others, strong collaboration skills
  • Understand importance of humility, transparency, and positive encouraging attitude
  • Be able to develop strong relationships with referral partners in the community
  • Previous healthcare knowledge or experience is required

Salary:

  • Base salary $40,000-$45,000 per year, with up to $12,000 in incentives.
