Mina Group is looking for an accounts payable supervisor to head up all accounts payable duties for our award winning restaurant group. We are looking for a dedicated AP professional who can keep AP running smoothly while helping us improve our processes. We're based in San Francisco's Financial District, easily accessible by public transportation and close to several of our restaurants including Estiatorio Ornos, PABU Izakaya and International Smoke. #ZR

This position can be remote or hybrid with our SF Based Office

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Oversee the Accounts Payable function ensuring that AP transactions are recorded/filed accurately and timely
• Full cycle AP
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, invoices, statements, etc.
• Continue to improve the payment process
• Learn IQ Backoffice (3rd party processor) to ensure AP invoices are posted
• Supervise AP Clerk
• Monitor general AP Email in box
• Select invoices for payment
• Oversee weekly check runs
• Investigate and resolve vendor discrepancies
• Review employee expense reports
• Post ACH Debits
• Process vendor credit applications
• Review weekly AP check selections
• Other projects and duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years as an AP Supervisor in the retail or restaurant industry (preferred), multi-unit experience helpful
• Prior work experience in performing accounting duties as required by generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong understanding of balance sheet/general ledger and AP transactions
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary range: $68,000 - $75,000
