Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Santa Clara Apartments apartment community in Oskaloosa, IA. This is a HUD property with 40 units. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8-5, with an hour lunch as well as being oncall 24/7.

This position will pay up to
$19 an hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
