Inside Sales and Operations Manager

Engineered Components Inc. (ECI) has been supplying high quality technical components to OEMs and Distributors for over 40 years. Our customers are both large and small companies from Caterpillar to small one-man manufacturers. We also coordinate technical assistance when needed. ECI is an ISO certified company who manufactures, assembles, and distributes value-added subcomponents for machinery. We have shown very steady growth historically and have plans for continued growth. Salary will be based on experience. We are looking a person who can wear many hats and includes direct engagement with customer.

Our products serve a very diverse marketplace of industrial, commercial, and mobile equipment. Please, highlight your background in the following areas:

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic Components

Job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Engaging with engineers to solve problems
• Learn all of our product lines and support other outside sales people with technical questions
• Support inside sales people with product line questions.
• Learn how to operate our ERP system.
• Maintaining our ISO 9001 system.
• May require minimal travel.
• May need to help prioritize production planning.

Skills:

• We are looking a person who can wear many hats.
• A strong desire and aptitude for solving problems.
• Technical: What knowledge do you bring? (Engineering, Quality, Production, Web development, IT, Sales, ???). All of these skills are not required, but we will be reshuffling responsibilities and if you have a strong interest/aptitude in a specific area, that would be helpful to know.
• A successful candidate will need to have demonstrated an ability and/or desire to learn

Pay: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
