AIS Solar is looking for highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our mission of facilitating a sustainable future and helping homeowners curb their soaring electricity costs.

Customer service is at the center of our success. Our Appointment Setters Education Coordinators will go door-to-door and schedule appointments for our Field Energy Consultants. Your responsibility is to open the solar conversation and create opportunities for our FEC’s. Appointment Setter's Primary Responsibilities:

• Set appointments by opening the conversation with homeowners about the benefits of going solar
• Enter appointments and relevant customer information into a company provided iPad
• Manage your customer pipeline by facilitating reschedules and communicating any changes to the Scheduling Coordinator

Appointment Setter Requirements:

• Positive mental attitude
• Be a self-starter with a high degree of accountability
• A desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
• Above average communication skills (or the desire to develop these skills)
• Complete 1-week of training and attend weekly sales trainings
• Technology Literate
• Ability to be outdoors and on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to pass background check

Compensation:

• Hourly paid training and ramp up period
• Commission (per appointment that sits and per appointment that sells)
• Average full time $65K - $75K/ year.
