Appointment Scheduler (CMAs and CNAs encouraged to apply!) Job at Sheboygan Physicians Group
Busy oncology practice seeking a team member to serve as a primary assistant to a physician in regards to all patient and physician scheduling needs. Must be an excellent communicator and problem solver. The position is an administrative heavy position largely using the EMR system (EPIC) and heavy phone use for scheduling and communicating with patients and imaging depts.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Must be experienced in PC/keyboard skills and Microsoft office applications.
· Must possess excellent communication and writing skills.
· Must have the ability to plan, organize, and work independently; exhibits problem-solving skills.
· Able to develop professional rapport with employees at all levels of the company.
· Practices OSHA safety standards and complies with HIPAA at all times.
EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
High School diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
