The Area Sales Manager is responsible for all revenue producing activities within a specific region. The sales manager is responsible for developing and expanding the company’s footprint and meeting revenue targets for the region. The manager is successful in deploying regional sales programs and implementing Willbanks sales initiatives within the region; and is responsible for recruiting local sales representatives, as well as motivating & encouraging sales team to ensure quotas are met.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: :
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Forecast sales results and analyze sales data to make informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
    • Track, analyze and own implementation of sales metrics in CRM
    • Identify trends and sales patterns and implement a successful sales strategy
    • Grow and maintain local house accounts to ensure revenue goals are met through developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
    • Responsible for recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives/Team
    • Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the team
    • Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes
    • Represent Willbanks, Inc. at all trade shows, professional meetings and industry forums as deemed appropriate by Sales Management.
    • Maintain a close working relationship with the Operational Management team
    • Present sales, revenue & expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Prepare sales budgets & projections and approve expenditures
    • Serve as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: :
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5 years of sales management experience
    • 7 years of general sales experience
    • 2 years of industry specific or boiler/HVAC experience
    • Experience using CRM
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite & Adobe Pro.
    • Outstanding communication both verbal and written
    • Customer Service Driven
    • Highly organized and detail-orientated
    • Analytical & able to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
