Asphalt Paving Construction Workers Job at Minnesota Roadways Co.
Minnesota Roadways Co. is looking for experienced reliable construction workers to join our team. We are a commercial asphalt paving and concrete company based out of the south metro. This seasonal position pays well and will have you home every night.
Responsibilities will include:
- Commitment to all safety policies and procedures
- Act and drive in a professional manner at all times
- The drive to produce quality work with little supervision
Qualifications & Skills:
- Outdoor construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to work outside around heavy equipment and lift 50lbs.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Asphalt experience is a plus, but not required if you have construction experience.
- Reliable and on-time each day
Wage range based on experience
- Time and a half after 40 hours
