Here’s what we need:
  • We’re looking for talented Assistant General Managers who are committed to providing the best-in-class member and team member experience. Our leaders are self-motivated, thrive in high-energy and high-volume environments.

What you’re responsible for:
  • Supporting the Managing Partner with leading a team of Personal Training Managers, Group Fitness Managers, Fitness Consultants, Babysitters, Cleaning Attendants, and Preventative Maintenance Technicians. Ensuring sales success, member satisfaction, and facility cleanliness.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Manage team member performance standards, with ongoing development, training, and coaching
  • Impact member retention and deliver the “Wow Member Experience”
  • Assist and support to the General Manager in the areas such as, but not limited to:
  • Scheduling and labor management
  • Member service resolution with pace and empathy
  • Resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns
  • Lead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member sales
  • New member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs offered
  • Team member goal setting, development plans, and staff meetings
  • Involvement and supervision in all front desk and Kid’s Crunch-related activities.
  • Maintain a crisp, clean facility through compliance with Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/equipment work order oversight
  • Ensure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards

Skills, Education, Experience:
  • 2+ years of service-oriented assistant management experience
  • Business management degree or equivalent proven experience
  • Experience with supervising and developing employees

Physical Demands:
  • This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
