Assistant Group Home Manager Job at Life Center Inc
Seeking an assistant home manager to assist in oversight of licensed group home setting in Warren. Looking for motivated, understanding, and dedicated professionals who will provide a loving, supportive, and consistent environment.
Duties include all aspects of supervisory oversight, and primary backup support to the acting supervisor: payroll, scheduling, client funds, emergency on call coverage, medical appointment and benefit coordination, household upkeep, assistance with daily living skills, companionship, transportation and community integration. Leadership experience and group home training (CLS/MORC) is a qualification to be considered, but other county required trainings can be provided. This is a full time position, and inclusive of benefit package (paid time off, a health care plan, and other incentives).
Knowledge of complex care needs for those with physical limitations is helpful.
To qualify:
- Be at least 18 years of age, with proof of high school completion (diploma or GED)
- Have valid driver’s license and insured, reliable transportation
- 1 year experience in direct care settings
- MORC or CMH approved residential training
