ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager in Property Management preferably with working knowledge of YARDI
• Leasing experience with exceptional closing skills
• Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
• Strong with rent collections & delinquency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and provide assistance to Property Manager
• CRM & Yieldstar experience is a plus
