Green Dragon is a growing cannabis retailer with locations in Colorado, Florida, and Michigan. We are seeking a full time Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in our Breckenridge store.

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining and enforcing the Company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Management experience in a retail store environment leading a team of people
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
• “Whatever it takes” mentality; desire to go above and beyond
• Must have the flexibility to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
• Excellent organizational skills
• METRC/Leaflogix experience preferred
• Efficient in Google and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma/GED required
• Current MED Badge

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet/Check-in all customers
• Product knowledge
• Use of POS station/cash handling
• General housekeeping duties for the store
• Upholding company policies and procedures
• Stocking sales floor
• Maintain store security
• Safe Audits/change drops
• Understand compliance binder
• Opening/closing duties
• Receiving orders
• Escalate concerns to HQ when needed
• Utilize ticketing system for various reasons
• Coach sales associates and lead sales associates
• Maintain menu board
• Finishing METRC tags

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
• METRC/Flowhub experience preferred
• Efficient in Google and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma/GED required
• Positive attitude
• Must be over 21 and have MED badge
• Must be within commuting distance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Must have reliable transportation to store
