IXL Learning Center of Hamburg/Whitmore Lake is looking to hire Assistant Teachers for our childcare center. All work will be performed at our center in Whitmore Lake, MI.

Responsibilities of an IXL Assistant Teacher
- Work closely with the lead teacher
- Help plan and prepare a safe classroom environment
- Supervise children in classroom and on playground at all times, which may include lifting children and/or equipment
- Housekeeping and cleaning of our classroom environment
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Daily communication with parents
Requirements of an IXL Assistant Teacher
- Looking for someone who is positive, caring, loving, and patient
- Must work well with others
- Able to lift children of varying ages and equipment of varying sizes
- Early childhood experience is preferred
